Glass magnesium board mechanized cleanroom sandwich panel is used when a project needs the speed of machine-made panels but also wants a harder mineral-board core. It is useful for cleanroom partitions that require better local rigidity around trims, windows, service lines or equipment interfaces.
The product should be selected with attention to humidity, sealant compatibility and fixing details. A glass magnesium core gives useful stiffness, but the full room performance still depends on the steel skin, edge profile and how the wall connects to doors, ceilings and floor tracks.

Compared with a light foam panel, the glass magnesium board core gives the wall a firmer feel and better resistance to local indentation. This can help around cleanroom windows, return-air grilles and places where operators often touch or clean the wall.
The board layer also supports a sharper sample cut, which makes it easier for buyers to inspect the actual core before mass production.

The room drawing should identify every penetration and frame position before production. Where heavy accessories are fixed to the panel, local reinforcement or a support frame should be designed instead of relying only on the panel skin.
For humid rooms, specify edge sealing and coating grade carefully. The panel must be installed with clean joints, protected edges and a compatible floor or ceiling interface.

This product is often used in laboratories, medical clean rooms, electronics workshops and clean corridors where the buyer wants a flat mineral-board panel with stable dimensions and good installation speed.

It gives the panel higher rigidity and a firmer surface than light foam cores, which is helpful around accessories and frequent cleaning zones.
No. Rock wool is a fibrous mineral insulation core. Glass magnesium board is a harder board-type mineral core or composite layer.
Yes. Window openings can be coordinated with the panel module and frame detail, but the opening schedule must be confirmed before production.
PE is common for standard rooms. HDP, PVDF, antistatic or antibacterial coatings can be selected according to cleaning and durability requirements.
Yes. A panel layout and packing sequence can be prepared when the room plan and elevation drawings are provided.
