Rock wool mechanized cleanroom sandwich panel is selected when a project needs the efficiency of continuous panel production with a mineral-fiber core. The panel is widely used in pharmaceutical support areas, laboratory corridors and industrial clean rooms where fire behavior is part of the design review.
The product should not be treated as only an insulation board. Skin thickness, core density, joint engagement, support spacing and sealant plan all affect the installed cleanroom enclosure. HIH Steel reviews these details before preparing the panel schedule and export packing list.

Rock wool is non-combustible and helps slow heat transfer through the panel assembly. It also improves sound damping compared with light foam cores, which can be useful around equipment rooms and production corridors.
The correct density is chosen from span, handling length and required approval. Over-specifying density can add cost and weight; under-specifying it can reduce panel stiffness and installation quality.

Mechanized edge forming gives the installer a repeatable joint shape. The panels should be aligned on a level base track, fixed to the support structure and sealed with compatible cleanroom sealant after the wall plane is checked.
For large export jobs, panels are bundled by elevation or room so that the contractor can install without sorting through mixed lengths on site.

Use this product for fire-conscious cleanroom walls, general laboratories, medical-device production, food processing zones and electronic assembly rooms where a mineral-core panel is preferred over foam.

Rock wool is a non-combustible mineral core and is usually preferred where fire performance matters. The final rating still depends on the tested panel assembly and local code.
It can be used when the coating, joint sealing and edge protection are specified correctly. Wet-process rooms should be reviewed carefully before ordering.
Density is selected according to span, fire requirement, handling length and project standard. Common cleanroom panels use 80-120 kg/m3 rock wool.
Yes. Stainless steel skin can be specified for areas with aggressive cleaning, higher durability needs or special hygiene requirements.
HIH Steel can supply matching trims, tracks, sealants, doors, windows and ceiling components as one coordinated cleanroom package.
