Unpunched System (Max 24.0 m): For standard screw down corrugated roof installation, you drive SDS screws (097373/097374) straight through the panel into the purlin. The panel cannot slide. The absolute maximum single slope length is 24.0 meters. Exceed this, and the thermal force snaps the screws.

Pre-Punched Thermal-Slotted System (Max 54.0 m): Mega-warehouses demand massive roof runs. You must upgrade to factory-slotted panels. You use Scrubolts (097104) with Lock-Rivets (096306). The slot allows the panel to slide under the fastener head. This pushes the maximum single slope length to an aggressive 54.0 meters.
4. Factory Pre-Formed Ridge Caps
