The base plate can be cold-rolled, electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized and aluminized zinc steel plate, and materials with appropriate mechanical properties should be selected according to different uses.
There are four kinds of primer: epoxy resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin and polyurethane resin. The primer is generally selected according to the bottom use, application situation, processing degree and the matching of top coat. The film thickness of primer is usually 5um.
