3: Сырьё для стальных конструкций
Стальные листы, листы с рисунком, прямоугольные трубы, уголок, круглые трубы, горячекатаные H‑балки и профильные стали, соответствующие китайским стандартам, изготавливаются из высококачественного сырья. Основным источником сырья является железная руда, проходящая процессы добычи, дробления и обогащения для получения железного концентрата. Затем концентрат плавится в доменных печах вместе с добавками, такими как кокс, известняк и лом. Расплавленное железо далее рафинируется, легируется и отливается в полуфабрикаты, которые затем горячекатятся, холоднокатятся или формуются в требуемые стальные изделия. Весь процесс контролируется строгими мерами качества для соответствия китайским стандартам: Q235B/Q355B и др.
